The ‘Łabędzia’ [Swan] reservoir, where the Initium is being built, is becoming more and more beautiful
There is plenty to please the eye. Nevertheless, we are pleased to announce that in August 2020, the Directorate of City Development of Gdańsk signed a contract for the development of the area directly adjacent to the ‘Łabędzia’ Reservoir, along which we are building the Initium Housing Estate.
